Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Veyra website and app. Veyra is a personal finance service for individuals and households, and it is not designed for managing the finances of a business. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity that happens under your account. If you invite a partner or family member, you decide what they can see, and they agree to these terms as well. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Essentials is free. Plus and Family are paid plans, billed in advance monthly or annually, and they renew automatically until cancelled. The Family plan covers up to five people in one household.

You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Changes are prorated, annual plans can be cancelled at the end of the current term, and if you cancel a paid plan you keep your data and move to Essentials. Current prices are listed on our pricing page.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access data that is not yours, interfere with its security or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other members at risk.

You own the financial information you enter into Veyra or connect to it. You grant us permission to process it only to provide the service to you and to the people you choose to share it with. You can export or delete your data at any time, and our privacy policy explains how we protect it.

Insights, budget pacing, cash outlooks, net worth figures and portfolio values are calculated automatically from the information you provide, to help you make your own decisions. They are estimates, not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Market prices and investment income can change, so review the numbers and consider speaking with a qualified professional before making important financial decisions.

Veyra can connect to banks, card issuers, brokers, crypto platforms and other services you choose. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or for the accuracy of the data they provide.

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including investment losses or decisions made based on the service.

We may update these terms as the app evolves. If a change is material, we will let you know by email before it takes effect.
